The following was collated from intel sent to our team from Gideon. As always, all intel sent by Gideon is edited by Michael for clarity and for obfuscation purposes (see: Adversarial stylometry):

1) Opening, Safety Check & Acknowledgment

Bill: It's good to talk to you again. How are you doing and is everyone safe?

Gideon: "We are all safe. There is more to report, I am sure we will get to that."

Bill: We will. I didn't want to put together a full Intel Drop, I just wanted a discussion focused on the nano tech, is that agreeable to you?

Gideon: "It is perfectly fine."

Bill: Before I get to my notes, I wanted to share with you and everyone that we've lost someone important to our efforts, I want to acknowledge them right away. Karen Golston supported us a lot in the beginning, and we just found out she passed away recently. It's sobering to hear that news.

Gideon: "It is. Bless her soul."

Bill: It's just a reminder to be spiritually prepared, because we can go at any time.

Gideon: "She was a wonderful supporter. I do believe her soul is prepared for the afterlife, for what is to come for her."

Bill: Amen to that. Her support meant a lot, and in the wider sense, our team, the people who understand what's coming and what's at stake, I just want to say how much I appreciate them. The issue with this activation, where people are changing, it has really impacted me. I don't want this to be about me, but I might bring up some of that later.

Gideon: "I hope you share your thoughts, I will remind you if you do not."

2) Why NanoTechRollout.org Was Launched Now

Bill: I wanted to speak to you about a variety of things tonight. First, we're launching NanoTechRollout.org. Maybe you can speak on that a little bit, and why we've done that.

Gideon: "There has been an increasing sense of urgency and concern about the nano tech among my sources over the past six months. This was already impressed upon me, then I was given information from a whistleblower from a third party.

This whistleblower has direct knowledge and access to the program. Through intermediaries, I learned they want the information out, but of course, they have concerns."

Bill: Concerns for their life, I would imagine?

Gideon: "Very much so. I finally gained access to some of what they have, and it would certainly prove the nano tech program, and some of it could be released publicly. At the least, it gives myself and our team a much more detailed idea of what is coming."

Bill: I think you've mentioned them in the past, is that right?

Gideon: "I did, vaguely."

Bill: Where are they at on releasing their information?

Gideon: "Their issue is whether it is safe to come forward, or worth it. We have had many discussions. They know our main website is suppressed, so they did not want it released there. I agreed with that.

We finally concluded we could launch a new site, and see if the public is there to support us in that and whether Google or the cabal's algorithm will suppress it or not. That is what we are doing."

Bill: Do you plan to release their information on the new site?

Gideon: "That is the goal, if they feel it will be fruitful. But, as I have said so many times, it is pointless for a whistleblower to come forward if there is no platform for their story, or an interested public to carry it. The media cannot be trusted, nor can Alt Media."

3) The Critical Point: Early Signs Are How This Is Defeated

Bill: I want to get into the nuts and bolts more of how the nano tech works, and the side-effects, and intended effects. You told me NanoTechRollout.org will be updated with that information, eventually, it's not posted really yet, there's a lot more coming, is that right?

Gideon: "Yes. There is one, main article available, but there are plans to post a few more articles that will give readers a lot more insight, a lot more to work with.

The side-effects, the early ones, are how to defeat this, to catch it in the act, before it takes over the mind and soul. So, that is critical. I hope our readers understand how critical that is."

Bill: There's more data on how long the activation takes, I think the site would need to be updated about that, it says something different.

Gideon: "I will have to check. There are various stages of activation. Total activation, from start to finish, we think could take one to two years. It fits the cabal timeline. They want the whole world fully activated by 2032, no exceptions, and most by 2030."

Bill: So, it takes a little longer than you've said before.

Gideon: "For the total takeover of the soul, yes. Initialization, which is what it is called in the data I have seen, takes a few weeks up to a few months. If you can mentally prepare during that small window, we think it is possible to purge it. We are learning more, and once I confirm that, we will get an article up on that."

Bill: That feels urgent, then, because people reading now might be in those early stages of activation.

Gideon: "It is possible."

Bill: It's the middle of 2026, how widespread is the testing?

Gideon: "In North America and Europe it is a bit more than I hoped. Data I have seen, what I have been told, is 10 to 15% of the total population is in this early stage of activation. It is really more than we thought, hence the urgency.

And, the effects are there, we can see it. The cabal is actually using A.I. now to make the world still seem 'normal'. We think if A.I. was not filling in the gaps, you would see some strange changes, especially in online activity.

The economy is shifting, too. The cabal is actually using A.I. bots to buy their own products, in the interim. When the Reset happens, and it will, then you have this total change of the economy, you have Obsidian come online."

4) Detox, Mental Preparation & The Future-Self Method

Bill: The whistleblowers don't think detox methods work, at all. Please expound on that.

Gideon: "All that we know right now is that the detox does not work. What can work is mental preparation. For example, I said before one of our team members was impacted, activated, and we took steps.

They recorded a video of themselves, of sound mind, speaking to their future self, essentially saying, 'You are infected, when you watch this, you will probably dismiss that you are. I am telling you now, that you are.' And so on."

Bill: It's a fascinating method. The nano tech can't be purged without the antidote, but you think it can be suppressed with a strong will and mental fight?

Gideon: "These prevention methods at least give a person more time, a window to stave off the full effects, so they have time to get the antidote."

Bill: What do you say to the people who are adamant the detox works? It feels like these people are the people we need in this fight, but they think they already won the fight.

Gideon: "I would say there is no natural remedy on Earth that can defeat or purge the nano tech once it has been activated and had time to incubate between one and two years. We do need more data, but that is our best right now.

The window to actually stop it in some meaningful way? Probably a few weeks from the point of activation. As I said, we will post some articles on that."

5) The Antidote Question & Verification Protocols

Bill: Someone wrote me and said, "The antidote is the cabal's, don't use it." What do you say to those people?

Gideon: "I think the concern would be if it were some kind of trap by the cabal. We are aware of that. We have procedures in place. I have people in place who will confirm that I receive, and our team receives, the real antidote that other cabalists are using.

I will not provide it for the team until I have ironclad proof it works, and it has actually disabled the nano tech in a fully or near-fully activated person.

There is no way we would just take the cabal's antidote as it is dispersed, not without careful oversight first. With that said, a sine-wave audio sound is unlikely to be very dangerous in and of itself."

Bill: I'm glad you said that, there's people that just see everything on the surface and think how we do things is somehow not shrewd or careful. There's so many layers to how you operate, I've seen it, and that's how you have to beat the cabal, at their own game.

Gideon: "My years of work in the intelligence field prepared me for this. It is not straightforward. It is multiple layers. The cabal is smart, so we have to be smarter."

6) Why The Public Does Not Recognize The Program

Bill: What I find stunning is that no one in the Alt Media is reporting on the nano tech in a serious way, not even the non-gatekeepers. It gets mentioned in passing, and it's almost always tied to the Covid vaccines. This is not just the vaccines, it's proven it's not just the vaccines.

Gideon: "There is some cognitive dissonance, Bill. People can accept some vaccines - that someone made a choice to take - might have some nano tech in them. But, they struggle to accept their own food might have infected them without their knowledge.

Plus, they cannot see it, feel it. It is insidious. The effects, too, mimic a number of common ailments.

Now, later down the line, we will see some more exotic, emergent effects, but by that point, with the nano tech already activated, I do not anticipate anyone will figure it out."

Bill: That's the unique trick here, once the activation begins, no one will even notice it's happened, because they're all already infected. This is truly, truly a horrifying outcome, and I think it's much worse than Obsidian, social credit, Digital ID, all of that - because that's really in your face, we can see it and say, "No," to it, but nano tech disables our ability to resist.

Gideon: "That is the problem, the fear, why I am hearing more urgency from all of my contacts. They know what this means."

Bill: You told me six months ago we would start to see some changes due to the nano tech, we did. You also said that in multiple Intel Drops. I posted on my X about it, we saw it in our new team members, we can see it in this drop-off in our supporters, their lack of action. Very noticeable, very easy to even track and just see the data points. It's the nano tech. Now, can we share what one of those new members to our team emailed us?

Gideon: "If you choose your words carefully, yes."

Bill: We talked about how some new members just fell off the map in the last Intel Drop. Well, one of them finally reached out. I was gobsmacked reading their email. How they wrote was not the same, their personality not the same, but same email. We analyzed it. What's your conclusion?

Gideon: "Nothing says its an agent impersonating them or something mimicking them. It is them, fully under the spell of the nano tech, in my opinion."

Bill: They were hostile, not much of what they were saying was making a lot of sense, just an overall anger saying there was no nano tech, it's not possible, the technology doesn't exist, that's what they said.

Gideon: "The problem is that the technology is possible, and it does exist, and it provably exists. Now, there is an area of contention - where we know it exists but the official sources are not going to say the cabal is using it nefariously. We know they are."

7) Food Supply, Water, Vaccines & Distribution

Bill: I think it's beyond naive to admit it's real then say, 'Well, the cabal's not actually using it for that."

Gideon: "We know for a fact, beyond a shadow of a doubt, nano tech was placed in the vaccines and it has various serious effects. That is beyond question. It has been researched, it has been proven, that the Covid vaccines carried nano tech.

Taking it a step further, though, that it was placed in the food supply, it is a bridge too far for some. They cannot accept it. But, of course the cabal would not hesitate to do it."

Bill: No, I don't think the same cabal that put fluoride poison in the public water for decades somehow has a conscience about nano tech in the food and water.

Gideon: "We know they do not."

Bill: Was it placed in the water, by the way?

Gideon: "No, not to my knowledge. It needed a more reliable carrier. Food was more than enough, certain types of foods. Over a few years, it was dispersed around the planet that enough people consumed it, even the cabal. The decision was made to allow the cabal to be affected, too, for some interesting reasons. Logistics, but also as leverage."

Bill: Right, that's fascinating, because the cabal can hold back the antidote from their own.

Gideon: "Exactly, and they are going to, for certain cabal members, if they do not comply or fulfill certain things."

8) Obsidian, Invisible Social Scoring & The New Control Model

Bill: What's changed drastically is Obsidian's implementation. It started out as the top-down, China model, but it's evolved. Please explain more on that.

Gideon: "Our whistleblowers believe Obsidian may almost entirely operate in the shadows and tie into the life-scripting I have spoken about. People will actually live under a social score, as a Common status person, with those limitations in place, but not realize it, not even know it.

The nano tech combined with the cabal's ability to track and monitor movements, the A.I.'s ability to actually model the entire planet, we get into an area very difficult to conceive or even accept, but it is highly plausible."

Bill: The cabal's going in a new direction, more or less?

Gideon: "They are, because they have new technology that is transcending the old models, the old way of doing things.

A source described to me they are taking orders from an entity in another dimension, hard to believe, but this is what the cabal believes in, Bill. It is demonic in nature, at its core. That entity is giving them a new roadmap, and that roadmap is incredibly advanced, operating at a very high level, not in an obvious way.

I think the old way was an obvious, top-down, authoritarian, controlled model. It was easier to see outside the system, or see its purpose, control, compliance, manipulation. This is going to do all of that but people will not even be aware of it, at all."

Bill: Does the false light movement play into this? With what you said about Tucker Carlson? With Israel failing and falling? It just made me think of that.

Gideon: "I think so. I think the cabal can craft a new world, one that combines technology and so-called altruism. Just think of Musk's universal high income that he speaks of. What is that saying? It is saying, 'You will not own anything, but you will get more freebies than you were expecting, it will be high free income.' His choice of words is so telling.

The cabal is clever, I think they want compliance with full consent, Bill. The problem is, the nano tech is distorting that consent, but the cabal is going to argue, 'The truth was there, no one cared.'"

Bill: Do you think we are part of that truth? We have an obligation now to report on this? So it's there?

Gideon: "We do, I do not think the cabal is directing us to do that, I think they are allowing it. Could they shut us down? Yes, they could remove our public-facing presence.

Could they remove or destroy our team? No, I do not think so. They are struggling with that, because they do not know exactly who our team members are. That aspect of the mission is safer.

The public aspect, the cabal is allowing it, within reason. Of course, they do not want millions of people to see our information, let alone believe it, but I think they are required via their own spiritual contracts to allow truth to exist and to be available."

9) Public Reach, Search Suppression & Using Official Confirmations

Bill: The new site's a nice design, it's simple. You've always said to me, it's the content that matters, not how it's packaged. I agree. But, you also hope this reaches more people. You told me this is too serious an issue for us not to do something.

Gideon: "We have our mission, but my guide, along with this new whistleblower, and some of my sources, they are all pushing us to do more.

We are the only group - the only source that is reporting on the nano tech. No one else is. By that I mean, the full picture.

So, Michael is going to put some effort into trying to get the site ranked on Google for various keywords and that requires structuring the site a certain way to fit those parameters.

It will require us to source our material from so-called legitimate news agencies and institutions. While this is good, in a way, those same institutions are also cabal-run. For example, we have a university reporting on nano-scale RNA 'dark matter' found in blood, but then acting like it is benign.

This is what the cabal does, reports some truth with some lies. But, to be accepted as a website for Google's purposes, we must cite as many sources as possible, and we will."

Bill: I call them confirmations, there's so many, I post them on my Twitter. All this information aligning with your reporting. I do it so people can connect the dots, because there's no way the cabal's going to report the actual truth.

Gideon: "No, they will not."

10) The Emotional Toll: Apathy, Family & The Sense That Something Is Wrong

Bill: People can't believe it, but you know what? We're not in the same world as 2022. There's this energy out there, along with the mind-numbing A.I. crap all over social media, where it feels like everything is off, lagging, apathy, inaction. No one cares. People know the truth, more or less, and no one cares. Does that make sense?

Gideon: "It does."

Bill: I said I didn't want to make this about me, but I've been really personally falling into a depression the past couple of months. I didn't want to say anything, but I've talked to you about it. I'm saying this in case anyone else out there is feeling what I'm feeling. If they are, it's ok to be honest about it.

Gideon: "It is. I do not think you are unique in that, Bill. I think people who are still of sound mind, who are still connected to their own soul and to God, this is hard time right now. We should not pretend otherwise. No one said it would be easy, though. We have to be strong."

Bill: I know. It's more just a sense of, 'We lost, look at the world, people know about the Flock cameras, the data centers, at least they know some truth, and nothing's being done.' So, that is depressing to me. But, I remind myself of our team and mission, and I am renewed again with hope.

Gideon: "You should be. The true challenge still awaits us, as well."

Bill: Part of it is my family members, most of them are completely gone. I cannot reach them. They do not know about us, I cannot tell them, of course, but I do talk about these issues in general. It's hostile denial, across the board. Some of these people didn't need the nano tech, did they?

Gideon: "No, they were already captured, with all due respect to your family."

11) Closing Directive: Monitor The Site & Prepare While There Is Still A Window

Bill: Alright, wonderful discussion as always, I'll end it here, unless you had anything more you wanted to say?

Gideon: "Simply that we will be updating the new website going forward and for our readers to monitor new articles I will be approving to be posted. The goal here is to give people some tools on what to look for, and how to combat the activation if it happens to them. Inevitably, it will, but right now, we have a window where we can prepare."
