The individuals below were searched and their Sovereign accounts found in the classified CSRQ / Obsidian social credit software by whistle blowers from December, 2021 through June, 2025.
Sovereign class is a classified status designated within the coming CSRQ / Obsidian social credit software reserved for cabal members, of which there are around 10 million in total listed in CSRQ / Obsidian.
Sovereign status exempts cabal members from all vaccination, travel and social credit requirements, provides for a future antidote for the nano tech inside all of our bodies, and allows for the unlimited acquisition of the future worldwide digital currency, USDR.

Additional clarification of status designations:
Full Cabal Sovereign: An account that has multiple transfers and reasonable holdings of USDR. This individual would be considered a full cabal member.
Provisional Sovereign: An account that is empty and holds no USDR. This individual may be in the process of accepting Sovereign status, or the account has been prepared for them by the cabal.
Team Sovereign: An account held by one of our team members, specially and secretly converted to Sovereign status by the whistle blowers.
Common: This status is held by the vast majority of humanity. It will carry with it various social credit scoring requirements, restrictions and USDR limitations. The cabal does not consider Common status individuals to be a threat to their plans or to their power structure.
Restricted: This status is held by a small number of individuals, usually activists or truth-seekers. It will carry with it various social credit scoring requirements, and much more severe restrictions and limitations than Common class. These individuals may also be tracked, monitored and targeted by the cabal in various capacities.
Quarantined: This status is held by a small number of individuals, usually whistleblowers or investigators. It is the most restrictive and limiting designation. If a person is Quarantined, they will be marked for eventual elimination, A.I. replacement or targeted with electronic warfare.

*Additional notes There are a few things that should be made clear about the above names:

Some individuals appear to have inactive Sovereign accounts, which we call Provisional Sovereigns. We believe the cabal has prepared these accounts for individuals they plan to offer Sovereign status. This could be a celebrity or media personality they plan to approach or they are in the process of approaching. Being a Provisional Sovereign does not necessarily mean the individual is a cabal member, is aware the account exists or has accepted the offer. Some individuals may also be threatened into joining the cabal, though this methodology is used far less often than an "offering" of the status.

Common status individuals pose little to no threat to the cabal, though they may be monitored by the cabal to be potentially downgraded to Restricted or Quarantined status in the future if their behavior warrants such.

It has been determined that a number of Common status individuals work with the cabal in various capacities. It has also been determined that some Common status individuals are aware of Obsidian and are working toward acquiring Sovereign status through various activities that would fulfill cabal goals. A person being Common status does not mean they are a cabalist, but it allows for that possibility.

The whistle blowers believe the cabal has possibly changed some statuses because the cabal knows the whistle blowers are viewing the accounts. The cabal has been unable to determine who within the large worldwide Obsidian workforce is blowing the whistle, so they have made efforts to obfuscate certain accounts they suspect may be being viewed by the whistle blowers. In this case, we cannot say with complete certainty the list above is perfectly accurate. We believe it to be highly accurate, though, as it is unlikely the cabal would take the effort to change the statuses of many of the figures noted above. Our best indication the cabal has intervened is the case of Candace Owens, whose account was suspiciously changed from Sovereign to Common status at some point.

Mike Lindell's account was incorrectly reported as Sovereign in 2022. This has been corrected to Common.

Jeremy Corbyn’s account showed it was changed from Common to Sovereign in April of 2022.

Jeffrey Epstein’s account remains active with in-flows, despite the claim he is dead.

Riccardo Bosi’s account is discussed in Intel Drop #4. He has no in-flows, and we had previously speculated he was not aware he was Sovereign. He also posted our information on his Telegram. At this time, we do not believe he has been approached or accepted his Sovereign account.

It was previously reported by us that the accounts of Trump, DeSantis and Alex Jones had no in-flows. Upon more recent account reviews, countless in-flows have been detected, fully confirming each individual is a cabal Sovereign.

Almost all politicians, media figures and celebrities of any influence are Sovereigns. All of them are depositing fiat funds and converting them to USDR on a regular basis.

Our whistle blowers were happy to take our suggestions at first, but became frustrated at the predictable results, which showed almost every public figure was Sovereign. They decided not to look up as many accounts through 2023 and 2024. For various reasons explained in Intel Drop #64, they are now viewing more accounts in 2025.

Many lower-level influencers and alternative media personalities have been recently approached and given Sovereign status. They may not have been Sovereign throughout most of their careers.

Many personalities are promoted by the cabal. They are not at the “top” because they achieved it organically. Countless large X / Twitter accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers are promoted by the cabal and likely contain a large percentage of bot / fake followers to inflate their follower number size. The Daily Wire, a conservative media outlet that features Ben Shapiro, has poured over $20 million dollars in private funds into advertising their brand. Without advertising, their organic following across all of their outlets would likely be 50-80% smaller than it is.
