The following was collated from intel sent to our team from Gideon. As always, all intel sent by Gideon is edited by Michael for clarity and for obfuscation purposes (see: Adversarial stylometry):

Bill: I've got notes here to cover a lot. I'm going to start with where I'm seeing a direct consequence of the nano tech I've never seen before, and that's with our new team members. What's going on?

Gideon: "Well, we have accepted a handful of new team members in recent months, and we have almost completely lost contact with all them. This has never happened. It puts more strain on our team, our whistleblowers. It actually puts our mission at risk. I am trying to determine what is going on."

Bill: We've always had to contend with cabal agents trying to infiltrate our team, so we've seen that, but this is different. This is three or four people we vetted carefully who are just falling off the map. What are your best theories on this?

Gideon: "The nano tech is the primary culprit. If these people are activated in some way, what we are seeing is what we would expect. They join our team, then they give up on the mission. That very much aligns with nano tech symptoms.

Outside of that, I have had to look at whether these people are being directly targeted by the cabal. Is the cabal able to identify them? So, part of the team-joining process in recent months could be compromised."

Bill: But it's the same process for the past three or so years. Now it's just this change, new members, they're just gone, not responsive, their Obsidian accounts are getting flagged and purged. That puts us at risk.

Gideon: "It does put us at risk. Every Sovereign conversion is a literal act of sacrifice by the whistleblowers. If a converted account is later flagged and purged, Obsidian's quality control could trace it back, leading to a wider investigation. Our entire team could be discovered.

With all of that said, if the nano tech is the culprit, that presents a deeper challenge. I have warned about the symptoms, warned about how important the antidote is. If you are a team member, or thinking of joining, Michael is going to provide a nano tech guide and primer so you can prepare and that should be posted soon."

Bill: I look forward to that. In the broader sense, we're seeing effects of the nano tech all over the world. Please speak on that.

Gideon: "We are. There are some strange things happening on social media. We are seeing less human interaction and more A.I.-directed bot activity supplanting comments. We are just seeing less human engagement. People are reading, watching, but interacting less. It is exactly what we would expect from the nano tech, it is exactly what the cabal would be expecting."

Bill: Did the cabal design the nano tech to make people more apathetic specifically, or is it an unintended side-effect?

Gideon: "It is both. It was intended, it is part of the plan, but it is also a side-effect, as well. The cabal has anticipated it and is making adjustments. It is important to know that apathy is key in the cabal implementing their full agenda, and how important it is to resist that feeling if the nano tech is affecting you now."

Bill: We only have a couple of dozen supporters, at this point, who help to spread the word. The nano tech is so clear now, because maybe a year or two years ago, there was lot more effort. That effort has dropped off a cliff, there's no will to fight anymore for us, for our mission, to get the word out.

Gideon: "That is because of the nano tech, what is the first phase, Phase 1. Those effects will become a bit more evident as each phase unfolds, but those affected by the nano tech - those without the antidote - they will not even see it or know it is happening. The nano tech completely clouds the discernment of the spirit."

Bill: You said Phase 1. Is it what you call the activation? Starlink activating people?

Gideon: "No, not fully. It is localized testing. A source of mine clarified it is Phase 1 of four phases."

Bill: They say it's localized, do you know where? Can you say?

Gideon: "North America is the primary target, with Europe a secondary target for Phase 1."

Bill: Is the targeting specific to the individual, or just wide geographic areas?

Gideon: "Both, but less so for individuals. Only high-risk Quarantined people are being directly targeted."

Bill: Were any of our recent applicants in that category, to where that might be why they vanished? Could have they been targeted?

Gideon: "Very good question. In my investigation and vetting, none of them were at that level. Some were Quarantined, but I could not find that they were high-risk targets for the cabal, or high profile. That does not mean they may not have been activated in some way, they may have been and, of course, not know it or realize it."

Bill: There's four phases. How serious is Phase 1?

Gideon: "Serious enough I feel an urgency to get an article up for people to understand the side-effects, the impact, how to deal with it, if they are targeted. I have spoken about this on-going testing phase for some time, but this is really the first, formal confirmation I have gotten about it, along with operational details.

My guide says we need to issue more warnings, more advice on how to deal with it. We are literally the only source advising on this anywhere. This is extremely urgent."

Bill: Did your source give a timeline on these phases?

Gideon: "Yes, but that should be shared with our team only, not here."

Bill: Alright. I'm seeing a ton of stuff on X about targeted individuals, gang-stalking, voice to skull technology. It's all over all of a sudden, even victims posting and speaking out. Please tell our readers what you told me.

Gideon: "It is a gatekeeping operation, and it is ingenious. They are releasing real truth about mind control programs from decades ago, and implying those programs are still active. They are even allowing some victims to speak out. But the old tech is not being used, and the programs are no longer in operation.

This is much like the Covid misdirection. The cabal got everyone to focus on biolabs and Wuhan, rather than the fact the 'virus' was entirely fake and computer generated, and the real dangers were the tests and vaccines.

Now, they will get everyone talking about old mind control tech, while they ignore the real, incredibly advanced nano tech already in everyone's bodies and affecting their minds."

Bill: That's the pattern with Obsidian, too. Someone wrote me and said, "Obsidian's not online, I don't think I need to worry about it." It actually is online. We need to address that.

Gideon: "Obsidian is entirely active, it is just not in the public space yet. Everyone has a data entry, an account, a social score within the system. It is operating as intended, without the public-facing aspect."

Bill: When does it go public?

Gideon: "We do not know for certain. There has been a major shift in strategy. With the nano tech and A.I. in play, the cabal does not believe it needs any top-down, overt restructuring, the kind we see in China. The integration will be far more subtle.

This is where the 'life-scripting' I have spoken about comes in. The cabal directs people's lives based on their Obsidian profile, but the subject is unaware of the hidden hand. It is a social credit system that is hidden but fully implemented - to the point your life choices, your life path, is not even your own. It is directed by A.I., Obsidian, the cabal, the nano tech. This is full spectrum dominance."

Bill: That's part of why the conspiracy theory question matters so much. You had said something years ago that I think is now fully confirmed. You said the cabal would allow conspiracy theories to proliferate. They have. Why did they do that?

Gideon: "To allow a spiritual test to take place before they fully implement their agenda. If the entire public could be given access to the truth, but they did nothing, this gives the cabal a certain type of spiritual permission over them, over the world."

Bill: What's interesting is they did suppress the nano tech and Obsidian. They've allowed a little truth out, but they've strongly suppressed our whistleblowers and our intel. Michael put together a short video covering that. To your point, why would they censor that and nothing else?

Gideon: "They do not want their actual, real plans revealed at a wide scale. Our whistleblowers revealed far too much of the operational specifics and nature of the agenda. Some of my other sources also have very damaging intel. The cabal knows this. Our information could harm the cabal if widely dispersed."

Bill: Doesn't that cut into their spiritual argument? How can they argue that they have allowed all truth to be exposed if they did suppress some truth?

Gideon: "It is because they did not entirely censor it, Bill. We have been allowed to post the intel drops and continue on, despite attacks. My guide said the cabal is almost forced, spiritually, to allow our mission to continue. If they do not allow it, they violate their own spiritual agreement. We also have divine protection.

Ironically, the cabal also believes they spiritually benefit if our mission is allowed to proceed but we fail in it. The cabal does not believe we will be successful, and our failure would be a great victory for them.

Our information is available. It has been seen by hundreds of thousands of people. It has been seen by enough people they could have spread it further. They chose not to. That choice will stand within the spiritual record forever. That is why the cabal can argue they allowed the truth out, but nothing was done."

Bill: Ok, you said you wanted to keep the discussion limited here for the public version. Should we cut it off here?

Gideon: "Yes, I want to speak more freely on some matters for our team."

Bill: I want to encourage people to join our mission, but I feel like that outreach we've tried recently just ended up harming us. I feel guilty because I wonder if I over-extended us. Where do you stand on that?

Gideon: "You should not feel guilty. It is good to make an effort, but we do not need to push it. We do not need people who do not understand the mission to join us, because they will actually hinder us. Those who are guided to help us will find us."

Bill: Thank you, very good reminder. Sometimes I think in terms of strength in numbers, but for you, its more strength in commitment and understanding, would you say that?

Gideon: "Yes, very much so. More numbers on our team is beneficial in terms of how we can more strongly act against the cabal in the latter days, but one or two weak links could also threaten everyone. I am actually very happy with our core team, as it is, but my guide insists there are a few more who need to find."
